It would be hard to determine the diffence with pigeons I think. whereas our council only allow two bitches of breeding age, more than that you are classed as a breeder if you sell pups.

It's amazing how a pigeon recovers, we use a spray called Carr's natural improvers, first aid for birds. really is good look at before and after hawk pics. Isolate and preferably a darkened place to keep it calm.

Is there someting else that has a loophole for tax. registered charity - non profit making organisation. Start an arm wrestling club in the sheds and offer the pigeon club free use of it, tell everybody baskets are training aids;) Hold an arm wrestling competition every year to raise funds :D Start a football team, say they are kit baskets :D
