W/E off for me, I only fly the inland programme so was not expecting a race until next w/e and have had the birds broken down all week but found out late yesterday the channel race is cancelled and replaced with an inland race.I'll give it a miss.

Burtonwood H.S. 9 sent 173 birds to Portland 196mls/199mls. A couple of members have sent to the Nationals so we're a few short this week.

Don't know if it's necessary but I never had any luck just basketing the birds so always show the hens and race both sexes.The hens have been performing better than the cocks for the last couple of years.
