I know its a fact birds have gone into lofts not far from the libsite to me the race is over if none on the day there is nothing stopping anyone driving down in the night and liberating a bird near to the lofts for 30 grand early morning. The weather was not fit for a liberation and with a helping wind bad weather could of only stopped some coming through. Best in the World well whats the worst like !!!!

We Spoke to the M.N.F.C Secretary today we have the all clear to join there club and race against them. So i am pretty sure that they we be going to Tours which is 348 miles to us..

Hello All Well after a misty start to the day the sun broke out in the afternoon and we have had about 10 or so more birds arrive a bit worse for wear as you would expect but i am pumping everything into them to bring the birds back right. I will get the clock struck off this Saturday and put a full list of all the birds that are in the loft Sunday afternoon. Now to the final race most of the emails i have had would like the final over 300 miles which i totally agree. So the 2 on the cards at the moment are MNFC TOURS 348 miles & BICC SARAN 336 miles these races are both held on the 14th of June. We will let you know which race by this coming Monday when i have all the details. Jeremy.

Thats right Rose. Thanks for the idea about the Bicc Saren its 336 miles and thats on the 14th gives me another week to get them back right if all are happy we could go there. The NFC are not going to Cholet now anyway on the 7th as no site agent they are going to Angers about 310, so the Bicc is further suits me as i want a decent final.

There is nothing more i want for you than a long race. But these birds were in the basket Wednesday night for marking Thursday morning that 6 nights in the crate 29 to a crate as well with the NFC. The birds were very run down and some had wing cramp walk in the park don't think so. My own birds won the section 1000 birds two and 3 years olds look like they flowen 600 miles 18 out of 30 back. alot on coast have only 50 %. The way the votes are going you get the longer race but there not going back in the crates next Thursday but hopefully the following week.

Hello All Well the Weather today has been appalling it rained from day break up until noon couple of hours rest bite and then rain has come back in again. With this only 7 birds have worked in today bringing the total to 39. I will put the full result on tonight about 10pm when the race will close. Well today the future of the sport committee had there annual meeting at the lofts. We anonymously decided that after the hold over with the Yearlings it would be unfair for the welfare of the birds to put them straight back next Thursday into the crates. So we are looking at a alternative final race 1 of our of my thoughts would be the 21st of June which is approx 270 miles with the NFC. We have had a few emails from Entrants they feel they would like the final race further. So I will look into the specialist clubs race programmes and see if there would be a suitable race between 300 to 400 miles , the Final would be either the 14th or 21st of June this gives all the birds time to recover properly. We hope to find 2 suitable races and put it to the Vote from the Entrants of the birds left to which race they want or distance. We will then discuss this with the FOS and make a final decision . April 20th Hi All We have changed the race programme as i feel the birds won't be quite ready for the 26th of April.I want the birds to be 100% ready and with the weather we have had over the past week i feel the birds will benefit from another two weeks training and some warmer weather on them. So we will miss out Kingsdown on the 26th of April and we will start with Exeter on the 3rd of May. This means they will miss 1 channel race but will have an Extra inland race. Hi Has anyone connected there ets system to a USB port ?Or has anyone got 1 with a usb port on so its easy to connect to a pc and save to a file ? A few ets companys advertise that you can connect with a usb port ? I have tryed to get one from Unikon but they tell me middle of April it is coming out?
