owen as for the old fashioned way I feed lots of beans in my mixture and they fly well on it, last year I think I was 5 x 2nd fed with old birds winning old bird average in fed for the 5th time in 6 years ,as for falling behind I don't thinkso from 60mls , 2 . 500 mls
