i want Rangers in the spl and like most football fans wish that the situation had never arisen, but for the SPORT to retain any integrity then there must be a punishment, personally i think the best punishment will be when the titles won during the last 10 years are made nul and void and the records should say that they were never won because of the actions of Rangers f.c.

they should be heading to division three but i think they may end up in spl which would be a travesty

think rangers fans are not taking into account loss of crowds and income ( my guess 75%)) and with no star players they may struggle to get into the spl as quickly as thet might think.

cos now that the dirty work is done and the company has been liquidated they know how everything stands (apart from spl membership, and they will get in with penalties) they have to move before the players leave and they have now made sure that the fans wont be splashing out for season tickets any time soon, dont think it was a coincidence that mccoist was rumoured to be leaving on the same day !!Smiths consortium will probably have it bought by the end of the month ;)

no debts have been bought but over 100 million has been written off, think green will sell very quickly to the walter smith consortium for a tidy profit and Rangers will be able to get back into the spl with point and financial penalties, and trophies won while they were running up such debts and breaking the rules will be stripped from them-------sorted!!! :celtic:

does not really matter when the unpayable debt was accrued, it is more to do with the fact that Rangers at the time broke the rules and it is bound to happen that they will be stripped of any trophies won during the time . In any sport there has to be a price to pay for breaking the rules :crying:

agree 100% if an old bird does not have the stomach for a 3 or 4 hour flight on a cold day then it is better it gets lost now cos it will only fail at a later date
