if a fancier wanted me to pay to see a pedigree or the history of a bird ,he/she would not be selling me any birds, and what happened to the old saying you pays ur money u takes ur chancies, i'v heard it more on hear than anywhere else.

set a trap with a bit of marsbar they love it [rats] got one last week, there very clever . took me nearly a month to get this one.

adding hot water to honey takes all the goodness out of it,time and patience will heal him.

used it for a number of years now and delighted with young when weaned.

agree with frank dooman washing up liquid or liquid soap on one wing no damage to flights. ;)

u can buy a salt block i get 1 from my corn supplier, break a peice of and put it in a dish they will pick at it for ages,also give them lettuce with sea salt sprinkled on it especialy when feeding young. :)

i have birds with the shu rings on that where on trial in 09 and they are not the same as belg rings, because i have the belg rings as well and had to race them with ets rings to . :-/ :-/

ken.what do u fly ie [widowhood roundabout natural] are they feeding young ;sitting;or not paired yet ;do they look good ;all these factors come into it,but they should not be sitting about roofs.

do u give ur birds any greens ie [lettuce cabbage ect] they hold a lot off water and they love it mostly when feedintg young,not saying this will stop them drinking as much.good luck m8.

why not help blaz & gary not that i'am knocking there idea,could the members not come up with some idea's, how the monies could be best spent,not an easy thing to do.as the amount of money raised from our sale won't be life changing for them or their family's. just something to show that joe public care.
