  1. mark bulled still races the old westcotts i believe and nobody can knock his or his late fathers results, there legendary in LNRC for thurso and lerwick, and Mark is making a big impact now on the south road

  13. Tribal, you'll never know what is a good cross my friend, the best cross regardless of strain, is two inbreed pigeons of any 2 given strains. But a cross is good as it creates hybrid figure, but no pairing is going to guareentee you winners. So if youve got the right winning line of van reets and you obtain the right winning lines of lambrechts you could produce a good winning line of crosses. But all you can do is try, you can never predict a pairing that is going to breed you good birds, its luck that finds them

    Just got the scale out wilkins, every corn i tried it on and i tried it on 4 different grains,Barley,Maple Peas, Large Cribs Maize, and Safflower, they all weighed out 28 gramms on my electronic scales.

    Feeding is the key to success you get that right no one will stop you, you ask every any fancier there feeding methods you'll get 100 of different answers, as everyone feeds entirely different, if you find out how much and what of to feed you will be unstoppable, experiement with your feed and you will learn alot about pigeons, Feed to much you'll be behind, feed to little you'll be behind the key is to find how to feed just right.

  21. Strapper wrong herman, thats Beverdam, people are talking about the Karel Herman Strain, I believe M & D Evans had these at some point, and believe Bill Hishlop raced very successful with these.

    my opionion of homoform its only good in the stock shed, when feeding young birds, i wouldnt use it for my racers, if i would id only use it on the last two feeds of the week before basketing
  25. Have to say i bought direct young birds of Alf Rothwell, when Alf was racing out of his best birds, i played a pretty penny for them, they never done a thing here
