ive always said that the RPRA, should only care for themselves, as the sport isnt getting any bigger, if anything we need to make the sport more appealing to younger and past fanciers

What organisation sends out its rings first to individual members, as im intending to breed very early for next season so i need my rings as early as possible? Normally used to recieve RPRA ones about 3-5 of Janurary but in this case i dont think it would be early enough for me?
