  5. Thanks for your reply.
  6. Good morning all.
  7. Really good.
  8. Up your neck of the woods, 20 miles. Had them out East to 20 miles, no problems. These ones are for the North, so up to Stepps area, first time, bang. Hopefully be OK for the next few. Not had a problem there before, but just your luck no matter where you go nowadays. On the plus side, another one back within the last hour.
  9. Training has been going great. About 7 or 8 tosses in and only lost 2. First race, 2 down and one of them is in a loft in Larkhall, so should be home soon. Next trainer with the un-raced ones ......... horror toss. Eventually ended with 17 / 30. Next day another 4. That leaves 9 adrift and one was reported dead. 8 lost in that one toss. Still hoping for some more to return, but it is becoming increasingly more unlikely. Hopefully that will be the only bad one, but I very much doubt it.
  10. Good morning all.
  11. Thanks.
  12. I cannot raise any matters by virtue of a low score, so nothing will change. Any type of score requires to be accompanied by an opinion. Unless a decent amount of replies were received, these opinions would not form a consensus. People seem to complain that the SHU does nothing for them, but if they do not attend the AGM, if they do not inform delegates, if they sulk within their apathy, then nothing can ever change. Why should delegates alter what is working well? If it is not working well, why do members not attend their AGM and say it is not working well. I know most just want to race their pigeons, but the delegates want to do this also. They, however, give some of their time to try to keep the organisation going, but they need your support, even if that is a criticism of the current affairs.
  13. Sorry, thought your name was Dougie.
  14. All clubs will be expected to follow the rule. Some may not carry it out. The problem will only exist if a club member insists on their right to follow the rule. If the SNFC insist on obliterating wing stamps and force removal of telephone ring and the individual appeals to the SHU, then the SNFC will lose their case because they will be in contravention of the SHU rule. This is the debate on the other site and my reason for asking on here about communication. It seems communication, the most important of things within any organisation, has broken down. Are SHU delegates reporting to their Feds? Do Fed secretaries receive communication regards SHU agendas? Do Fed delegates report to their clubs? Do members check the SHU website? Is the SHU website up to date? Has the SHU disengaged from its membership or has the membership disengaged from the SHU?
