I've been giving mine brewers yeast for many years now, when I mix it on their feed I judge by the consistency as to how much. At a guess I would say a heaped tablespoon per kilo. I believe glucose, sugars, anti-biotics & multivits contribute more to yeast problems in pigeons than brewers yeast does.

Mix brewers yeast on their feed, dampen feed with freshed squeezed lemon tis best
