just reading in the Sunday post re an old age pensioner getting fined for using anti-vandal paint, he used it because kids were throwing stones etc at his windows and obviously in his garden parents of the kids reported him and he was charged with criminal damage as the childrens clothes and their furniture was damaged with the paint,

very sad, you can get gadgets now that take pictures etc
