does birds keep there form for the season or do you rest em when they go off form & how do you get em back to form?

well i think beans realy do work i remember years ago when my dad had birds this man asked him if he had a good distance bird my dad said he did he told him to feed him on beans only & the last week before race to feed him maize only. also to pick out his races his first channel race that season was the 500mile race from neveres he was fisrt club,fed,combine so these do realy work maybe not for sprinters

our libs are around 10am not realy before that so is that normal 8hours darkend off? & how many weeks are yb kept on the darkness
