I’ve, like most of you, have heard the silliness of the Argument that prisons should be warehouses for the undesirables.... that if left in society that they will amend to and reform better. Cobblers, when it was three days a 'Like Meal' and three days bread and water, literally, not many wanted to go back.... that was when the crime HAD to fit the time paid, so even if they did get caught they were better of in the long run ... Except sex offenders etc. Now the main cause is Drug Related, so why do the screws etc. let them have and take in drugs, or give them an alternative! It's simply for a peaceful life, less hassle when they are high like, nothing more, nothing less. Me, well I believe that PRISONS should be a warehouse to keep the undesirables locked up and out of harms way. And those that went on hunger strike would have to do just that and stay on it till they decided to come off... not force fed and pampered too. No drugs, Lock up would be mainly that lock up with sensible time out to exercise, and they would have to earn the right for recreation and not have it as a right, and once in jail, all normal would have to be weighed up against the rights of those that have been offended against. If you can't legally run a Business from prison, I'm flipping sure that all other rights are with held till those transgressed against have been compensated. But that will never happen.... Seems strange that the more the 'Do Gooders' that incidentally live well out of harms way mostly - get their way and make it easier for the thieves, rapist, junkies etc. the quicker and higher the crime rate rises, a simple fact that! So why can't those that need to see it and legislate accordingly not act upon that fact.... Could it be that they are as bad!

Use to put a bit of salt in the water... now I just give them fresh water twice a day... if they ever get frozen, that would be ample.

Would like to make a pointer / comment that most realise I'd say. I can put into a poor bird a bit of bleach /protien /linseed, oiled food / garlic etc. etc. and have after 2/3 weeks a superb looking bird with white wattle, nice tight silky feathers, beautiful in the hand and a glitter in a bright eye... My ole open hole birds would would the floor with them every day of the week comee race time... and whereas the ole open natural birds home from hard and distance races, most of the above wouldn't be seen again. Point being 'Looks aren't every thing' not by a long chalk. Mind if my ole natural open hole birds look like that.... then you have to beat them to win the Fed!

I wean 14/ 15/ no later than 16 days... placed and fed in Basket in their new loft ... breaking in, basket trained, and let out and placed back into basket. Yes they nip in on their own quite quickly. Will leave out on nice days overlooking the loft IN a wired Basket. Then let out of basket into an 'Open Door' where they can pear out and walk about, when the basket is took out of their loft. Soon have to place them through the traps a time or two, and a little treat the other side. They soon fly upto the traps and enter when hungry.

Can't see that any of the above list did much, very little indeed to help others enjoment and nothing at all as a Role Model. Yes I like the 1812 overture... So what! Your POINT being!! THEY WOULD, NO DOUBT, HAVE been good as you say, whether gender benders or not. And the first point should be 'Tolerance' and that implies especially to the 'Gay' community and not to keep ramming it down our throughts. Can't see any reason for using Milton in the first place. I use domestos , and like many for quite some time. SOme 20 odd years. MUST never ever mix any thing with it though, be it in the water, or on their food. Sling water out same as... Just leave a bowl of demostos bleach out in the garden and wacth what happens. Makes feathering excellant as well and tight too. Golly just how many showmen use I'd won't hazard aguess. Had a warning send me reagrding a scam with Parcels not delivered. A card comes into your post box say unable to deliver your parcel Head PDS... Parcel delivery Service, and please phone - lost the number, but no matter - DON'T phone it, straight off it costs you £15 TO PHONE on this number. and then all the holds, etc. etc. the put you throughs etc. You might even be fooled to phone back. At days end they appoligise and say sorry our mistake or such... IF anything at all. No parcel and there was, is no delivery. BUT IT will cost you an absolute fortune. Trading standards are aware and have publish as above... but seems can't stop them....!!!

Time is not there... even if one wants to take time with them and show them, then the parents are anti because of expense and thinking they'll end up doing it... which would also be good lo
