we clocked a hen from nfc bordeaux 600m+ last monday 7.30am.she had two 120mile and two 220 mile (from the coast) inland races then a channel race from 330mile,the last three races where back to back.she then had three weeks rest apart from a 50mile single up on the tue prior to basketing on the thur.we also clocked another at 9am and got four from four.they all had the same programme. on saturday we clocked a cock from 560mile nfc saintes in 11 hours he had 7 inland races three at the coast then 330m channel race two weeks rest then 360m channel race two weeks rest,one 50m trainer on the tue prior to basketing on the thur.they scored high in the section and won a few pennys also..........

ok,thats my advice anyway,hope it all turns out fine...
