  1. Yes, Diydave he is a genuine guy. As i have posted earlier on the auction thread i bought his pair for £55 and after collecting them i came away with three extra. So for £55 i got five from an excellent loft. Thanks again,stewart.
  2. Stewart, have you thought about using a silent dog whistle. The birds will hear it but your neighbours wont.

  4. Can you explain what you mean by feather Quality, as you say it is so important. I mean, we have all heard of "silky feathering" can it be to silky or to soft?

  13. Got to agree on Kieth Nethercott, we have one of a hen of his crossed with our own which has 3 good NFC positions the best being 25th open at 560 miles. The bird has also scored in the club and fed inland. He is a sound bloke and sells them at a good price, when i visited him he had brought in the Denny birds. I met Denny at Blackpool also a very nice bloke to chat to, and results to die for. Hope to visit him soon.
  14. Wasn't the one off quinlan in the 2006 one loft race via luc's stock. Could you tell us a bit about that bird? I'm sure you must remeber it, could you tell how good it would become? what was it like around the loft's? Did it have any bairng on you bringing luc's birds in?

  20. The best thing to do is keep your penny's in your pocket, unless your buying birds you have handled. I've got to say i've read a couple of blinders on this site as to why they are for sale, since Blackpool ;)

  24. The only disadvantage you have to any one else working or not, is you don't drive.Not that i think you need a lot of training but it is better if you can train when you want before old bird season and get youngsters going.
