Its not allowed - transporter can only carry pigeons it has the vaccination sheets for It also will only allow NEHU rung birds in the stray centre (that was the rule last year because of DEFRA regulations, presume the same still applies this year)

Make sure there are no gaps in loft for them to get in - and use 1/4" mesh - I was assured that mice could squeeze through 1/2" mesh, :o :-/ PS Got mine off e-bay last year, it was cheaper than in the shops, but the shop gave good information - just didn't get my custom ;D

Sprayed with antiseptic, yesterday and today, I find the sprays are very easy to use with one hand ( and available from the pound shops ) I am very grateful to the female non-fancier who picked it up from her neighbours garden and phoned me - said she'd put it in a box - when I went round for it she brought out this ENORMOUS box about 3'x2'x2' !! But the bird just let her pick it up without any bother
