If wing stamped or tel digits on plastic ring call the fancier etc etc, keep bird on its own water and feed discuss with owner what he wants me to do with bird... 9 out of 10 then get one the drivers (Haulage) if he is passing toss bird as near as poss to owners abode so far this yr i have done this with x amount of strays i have had in and as far as i know all but 1 have had them all back..........Two fanciers offered me x amount for my troubles which i declined and another fancier asked me to send him a couple of 2010 rings and he will breed me some young birds out of is stock birds which was a kind gesture i thought.....

My m8 down rd from me as sent 4 to lerwick 498 miles...... Nottingham...

Brought the loft 2nd hand m8 off a guy the flew Lincolnshire sides....

Thanks for the compliments, no the roof is actually all fibre glassed i have again highlighted for you to see the joins.. Fully waterproof, actually know the guy that does the fibreglassing have spoke to him about having the floors in the loft done he said he would be able to do it for me as well and would not create a problem either when scraping out...

They don't stay open m8 and if i was to adapt for them to stay open the pigeon would be able to fly back out the same way it came in lol.... Do you think i would be better off getting rid of the dowels and replacing with bob wires ...

Hi all could you please tell me what purpose these actually serve apart from airflow, have highlighted in red.... They actually open but no means of staying open and if was to adapt for them to stay open pigeon could fly back out lol... Was thinking of replacing the wooden dowels with bob wires if i was to get late trappers....

Same argument all the time there's nothing anyone can do to stop what comes natural food source to these raptors, surely if there was something that could be done it would have been done long time ago...

Another happy ending pigeon will be reunited with owner Sunday............

Any fanciers in the Linc's area know of a Mr Hare from Morton Bourne Lincs got 1 of is birds in, wing stamped but no telephone number.....
