Yes John We had one that was well in at every training toss so pooled it , it didn't return from race fn usual, we should have pooled them all. but anyway that's the way it goes unfortunately .

Well guys 5 people reported dead on Scotland's roads in last 30 hrs unfortunately I had to stand over one of them a young man at 23 years old not one for the faint hearted and I hope it never happens to me again. the young guy collided with a van then a car which left him with no chance I stood giving CPR instructions from the operator to the poor folks that were over the boy's body (dead body I think) very sad night last night and a hard day today for me. So the message is please drive to the roads conditions and take your time.

Training over the last couple of weeks started with 12 mile tosses up to 30 and today a big 60 miles, rest day Saturday,Sunday basketing Monday for a 73 mile race Tuesday does anyone here think that's to much what's your thoughts.

I saw a team of about 300 trainers doing it down the A71 into Ayrshire again brilliant to watch.

Ok tam I will bring it to Doo club tomorrow if your ok with that.

Great racing by three top fanciers this week Tallis and mcdonnagh with the top 6 Wullie smart with the top 14 & Tom corrie with the top 5 well done guys that's good going.
