its the mob flyers that are keeping alot of feds and clubs afloat, it only takes one bird to beat them, i have been in clubs where people have sent 50-100 birds but still beaten them and taken their money in the pools IMO the more the merrier

yeah well done dad you were 1st and 4th i was 5th, but i led the way in the other race taking 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th from 140 miles, the first bird was bred by john nico off this site and is her second card in 2 rfaces so well pleased and thankyou john nico

personallyi think there is more than enough room for you wayne as a while ago i needed birds picking up and i approached several firms, some said no could not do it some just didnt have the decentcy to reply in the end i think it took me nearly 2 weeks just to arrange a couriour, so in my opinion you go for it mate just dont take on to much and kill yourself as i know you have tried to do so in the past cheers graeme

yes mate it was wonky eyes and i think i only ever sent 6 birds to each race

at the end of the day it does not matter how many birds you have if they are quality, when i was young dad and myself flew in a club with fanciers sending 70 and 80 birds and overall the club sending 400+ but we still won alot of 1st and all the averages and we never sent more than 10 birds also when i started up up here in norwich iwas in a bad position and raced an entire season with 10 cocks and by the end of season everyone of them were card winners. so imo its quality not quantity yopu want

i never train mine more than 25 miles, my 1st race was 91 mile and they were trained no furthwer than 20 mile

yeah well theres an art to cycling with 3 crates on the front, you just get going and hope no one stops in front of ya ;D ;D ;D

just wondered ifr anyone else was training today, just had all mine out to 20 mile 3 missing from 46 the rest beat me back, the weather was not brill alot of low lieing mist but they still came trough it

took ybs training this morning 20 mile 1st round and 10mile 2nd round all beat me back so pleased with that then having a lazy day
