  5. Its o.k. if you click on the other view she,s roosting there, you had me worried for a minute. LOL
  6. Hope they dont get cold through the night.LOL
  7. If you are joining a club they will get them for you,if not you can join the RPRA as a individual member then you can buy the rings yourself.
  8. Looking back over other results I think this must be the way its done, just wondering if any one else as had this happen,I be making sure I get A rings starting at 00001 next year.
  9. As anyone come across this with race positions and ETS,when there are two velocities which are exacly the same which bird as the higher position, this may change depending on what result programme you use,I would like to know which race programme you use also.
  10. Allways remember clocking on the day from Lerwick 561 miles to me,a few years ago now.
  11. Ring was originally issued to a club in Kent, the secs then were MR/MRS.LACY tel.01634 307628,worth a try.if you have no luck let me know will look through this years ringlist and see if I can find the club in there.
  12. Why no barley you wont go wrong using that.
  13. 15/15 from KINGSDOWN with the SEVERN Valley Fed doing around 2450 ypm but dont think its any good.
  14. O.K. if you put it like that.
  15. Severn Valley Fed.marking tonite as usual we,re at Kingsdown this week.
  16. They must have synchronised when you put them in the club base how else would they have got the update on to them.
  17. Clocks do need to be synchronised but they will be done when you take them to your club for marking and drop them in the clubs base only takes a couple of minutes but then if your a big club its all extra time.
  18. Dont think they would be to happy at the marking station if you went with ETS and then ask to be rubbered as well, but Ican see what you mean especially as they seem to be having so many problems in Scotland.
  19. WE did charge the members last year £1 each but this year no as the fed are not cleaning them this year only spraying them at the racepoint to comply with Defra ruling.
  20. Think it all depends on what system you race as to wether you train through the week or not, with widowhood most people do not train at all after the first race they just shut them out first thing in a morning for a hour or so amd then same at night, with natural unless you can leave them on a open hole all day I think they need to be trained 3 or 4 times a week depending on the weather.Personally ive never bothered about how far to take widowhood coks or how many times, mine had about 6 tosses before racing started the furthest being about 10 miles.
  21. This happens also on my laptop but not all the time, can someone say wether it is a site problem or something to do with the computers.
  22. Only the amount you are sending have to be listed before marking day, then on marking day birds have to be listed with cocks and hens kept separate.
  23. When the new secretary comes to allocate them they will show the old members loft number so the new member needs to be able to show that the ring is now his.
