3840 birds is that it? well what was his original post for to cause bother? As per usual the SNFC will look after the transport just like they have done before Lanarkshire got new wagons
Lost me there Rab # when Lanarkshire were duplicating into the national two years ago what was the birdage? The snfc have a choice of Ayrshire, north west, midland....etc and now Lanarkshire transporters to rent why would there be a problem ?
Why don't you give it a rest you wanted new transporters and hopefully they will be delivered on time for the new season starting. Or do you just like knocking everything in the pigeon game
Some right *expletive removed* in the sport they would stop at nothing glad am out it. No doubt when they find out who done it they will be welcomed back into the sport like a returning hero.
Gave all my birds, boxes and ets away Jamie. I will still be staying a member but will be a loft visitor and go the odd wee training run for friends. If I want to take a run up the club on a Friday and handle some doos i can please myself. The one loft races will give me a wee interest.
Had a nice day judging the show today hopefully no one has fell out with me pretty big class for a novice judge. Some really nice cocks hard to choose between them. Only three lofts got tickets from me so guess I was consistent or lucky Good to be back among the doos since I gave mine away.
So glad it went well at the meeting. Gareth is a credit to Lanarkshire fed. Some time and effort went into those proposals for the new transportation and fantastic and very generous of vince Hendry getting the long overdue website up and running. Now the hard work starts!
Hi Tom. Was talking to a club member who said the jagging with pmv is causing major problems. Not the vaccine but all pigeons being jagged at different times is spreading illness. The first two weeks racing with youngbirds is fine but come the third/fourth week your birds lose form or become ill did the members who jagged there birds the week leading up to the first youngbird race spread (a form) of pmv into the race basket even to birds already jagged ?????? He said it never happened when all the members took there birds to the club and were all jagged at the same time. three weeks before the first race. Are guys creating a super strain of pmv infection by jagging on a weekly basis as the birds leave the nest then are added to older youngsters who have not built up the correct immunity ??? just a thought!!!
