When luke warm add 30 mill Lugols Iodine and putin glass bottle. Use up to 3 times a week, Soup Spoon on 1 Kg fooddried off with Brewers yeast, or in 2 liters of water if you wish. Alum and Lugols a chemist can help you with these.Keep in Fridge.
