    1 KgOnions 2 Bulbs Garlic all Chopped fine in 1.5 literswater. Boil for 5 minutes, sieve add 1.5 Kg Candy sugarand 100grams Alum heat till bubbles and take off heat. When luke warm add 30 mill Lugols Iodine and putin glass bottle. Use up to 3 times a week, Soup Spoon on 1 Kg fooddried off with Brewers yeast, or in 2 liters of water if you wish. Alum and Lugols a chemist can help you with these.Keep in Fridge.
