has went on far to long all conveyors make mistakes at some point yes peter your included in this.the birds were moved and control was taken out the race controllers hands.wrong that needs to be brought under control at the AGM. the thing that really gets to me is why move birds more west after so many days taking in their surrounding the magnetic pull ect ect also with an east wind.who ever made the decision has not got a clue about racing pigeons. gary cairns and son s.n.f.c members 1 question which person had the most say in birds getting moved to chelenham

some are down most are still screming round the houses.is thay could race at that speed i would do better.their is a lot of wires so only a mater of time before some of them hit them

just went out to close yb section .theirs no yb,s in it stepped back a min or 2 later the hole batch are still flying.(little bassas) my back garden is lit up like Blackpool illuminations so s my .their is guaranteed 1 or 2 take dull hit with the wires and aerials. aaaggggg .their also flying at a lot faster pace . sh1t

good result for thirsk as for me it was the hardest old bird race for me.i can,t remember ever being that far out from a race of only 135 mile i think in fact never been that far out at any race ever. i got 1 bird home very late with 3 previous winners spending the night out 1 of which has twice won club from thirsk and twice in fed . so well done the winners in a very difficult race.

that's the bird i call wee strapper and it is not his 1st time he has beat bossies birds. he got injured last year.when birdy and yourself where at mine i handed him to john and asked what he would do.he said put him back in loft and keep him for next years ypres.so it pays to listen to experience. as for beating bossie it won,t be long before he gets 1 back on me

to lib birds at this time was wrong. my birds are never far away at any race i send them to .this has been the worst season i have ever raced.i still only have 1 from this race uote name='Henrik' date='17 June 2012 - 09:23 AM' timestamp='1339925015' post='759104'] Pentland and East of Scotland lib 10.00am in a west wind from Thirsk weldone again to pentland fed birds had a good race with a mate of mine getting 13 out of 13 and 1st bird 1.05 danderhall. yet again a very bad race for midlothian fed also our birds did not clear race point for 25 mins.
