i am waiting on birds going down on 2nd round.then i take 1 of the eggs out and replace with plastic and end up with single reared yb.s. reason is before yb,s are ready to leave nest training starts and if i loose any in training i can swap yb,s about. it worked for me before and think it will work again . and all yb,s will have to compleate yb program things you do on your first year back

i would take the hen out soon as and put her in empty nest bowel and right hen back in and close her pen if you can as she might be looking for somewhere to lay

a good few year a go i had a pigeon that if the hawk was about he would fly at it.i told local fancier about it.he said if the pigeon is next to the hawk the hawk can,t strike it . i seen him do this 3 or 4 times then one day out the back he came over the house and flew strait through the bob wires. the hawk right on his tail turned up just before bob wires and hit edge of roof and landed in neighbours garden .probably badly winded if i had been quicker i might have got it but standing with mouth a gape for a minute or two it got its self together and flew off needles to say pigeon did not come in one day. so i put it down to bad timing on his part but i would like to have seen it ........pigeons name was norman for the people on that knew him

we all have our own opinion so mine is this leroy if i were you i listen to jimmy white he knows what he is talking about and has bags of experience i have raced pigeons in club and fed up 326 miles i am hoping to race distance pigeons next year and i need to learn how and it will be from asking the likes of jimmy white and others that you learn how

not years months but the new season will soon be hear and i have got all the birds broken so now i know that i will have enough to see the old bird season to the end and hopefully give you a run for your money
