gave all my birds away 3 years ago when i packed in . i turned to keeping tumblers and horseman pigeons. after getting birds back that i gave a way phoned my mates to come and get them back again and again .then i started to miss the saturday morning adrenalin rush you get from racing. as luck wold have it i got 4 of my old birds back with in a week after being away 18 months to 2 years . so it was out with the fancy pigeons and in with the racers . as a member of the club i was in was selling all his birds due to him having cancer i went along and bought a few manly van loons and staff van reets . sadly george logan died . so my new family is van loons never raced any . before george logan died he kept back 1 or 2 good birds hoping for the best . i now have all of them too but i do not know the strain. i have keept all georges birds that have club fed and national tickets. some of which have all 3 .all of which are flying well to me . R.I.P GEORGE LOGAN . i hope his birds fly as well for me . come on the G.L mis mash

this person is what you can call a typical pigeon basics member as he it traveling up from his base in England to collect my two for this event and bringing me my mac,s yb swop youngster and hand delivering my 2 on Sunday well done redrocket. its people like this that make this a grate site.

after visiting stevie,s loft after reading young birds for sale . the soonjens and willy tass birds he has are outstanding specimens as i went up with a mate for him to see about getting some soonjens from stevie and ended up booking birds for myself . Stevie's loft was very neat to look at and was spotlessly clean .as for the portable aviary on wheels i thought was a brilliant idea . i would recommend buying birds from him to any one . if any of you do buy birds you wont be disappointed. my only regret was not tacking my camera as i said i would so you lot could see pictures of his birds as they are definitely worth it. i looked at a pair of birds i liked and asked about yb,s from them and stevie said no sorry can,t sell you them .why i asked just got that pair in stock loft and need to prove that they can bred good birds 1st. as i am not prepaird to sell ***** yb,s to any one . weldone stevie your lofts your birds and your self ar a credit to our sport. ps do i now get discount cheers blaz

as i said club fed only and when i manage to get distance birds. i will get my advice on what to feed and how to train my birds from fanciers who have won nationals . and the informasion i need on how the birds should handle. if i am still not sure the i will invite them down and i know one or two would be more than glad to help. its good to have freinds who can and will help.watch this space
