I know what your saying about location Walter and it does help on the result sheet but any pigeon that flies 500+mls is a good bird in any-ones loft.

Quite a few lofts have birds consistently flying from these longer races with the BICC, Nick Harvey, David Hales, L&K Buddle, The Padfield Family to name a few. In Scotland I'd have to agree with eastcoaster, Davy Jameison is one of the best with his family of pigeons.
