  1. i think if this guy were to bring his birds to our club he would be told were to take his youngbirds during the old bird programme, on a rule basis i dont think with an young bird ring on this stipulates the year of birth and would be classed as a young bird, surley a simple call to the officiating union would clear this up one way or the other, but as i see it it would be a major bending of the rules if it were allowed..
  2. I am a chelsea fan and think John Terry is the chelsea heart and soul but when i saw this i nearly pissed my pants what a double IT is for jt.

  5. lads think you all need to get back to the thread and stop the bitcy comments to each other, by the way i had a few older birds of kev the other week and i was realy pleased with what i recived of him and if his youngbirds turn out half as good quality in the hand as the old birds i recived you would have a decent birds, and for me the price is a good honest price for whites so in my opinion these are worth a go, By the way kev that old pair went down sharpish and are sitting two eggs. Thanks again and good luck with the sales of your youngbirds

    liberation

Just saw this liberation on you tube and is it me but i dont think this is a fair liberation as it take about 23 seconds from the bottom baskets to the top baskets to be opend . http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HCevdyrUkZ0 While im on the liberation do any members feel that there is an unfair advantage of having your clubs baskets being on the end or on the top of the transporter if your birds are in the middle of the transporter, Please give me your opinions this is just mine i feel the best way is to rotate the baskets so everyone has a spot on the top and ends over the season,
  18. all looking good wishing you a good season for 2009

  25. my dad has raced pigeons since 1967 and he has never payed more than £35 for a pigeon and that hen had won 2 x 1st one as a young bird then one has a yearling the guy who had her never won another race before and after but that pegeon won anotherb 2 races for us. She also bred some good birds. Our foundations pair were both gift birds and went on to bred 1 fed winner and be grand parents to two other fed winners. If we were going to buy birds i would always buy young of flyers our buy some late breeds out of a top flyers birds but never pay over the odds. Succes is never gauranteed with all the money in the world..
