i had a big problem with the council in elgin a couple of years ago when applying for permission in my own garden.they tried to impose all types of restrictions on me but after several letters back and fore they finaly had to give inand my loft went up.every case is different so its hard to comment on individual cases but i was helped big time by rick richards of the elgin club who is a great guy to have in your cornerin all things legal.keep us posted mate

theres a guy that writes in the scottish daily express under the name of hickey.he is well switched on about bops and hates the rspb in fact in todays edition he says that most murderers in prison are members of the rspb.i emailed him last night about the petion but no word yet .have alook boys hes pretty brutal.by the way i dont usually buy tory papers

i joined and flew in my first national this year and going to the marking station in aberdeen and seeing how much work goes into the orginisation of the whole affair was a big eye opener to me.standing in line with some of scotlands top distance men was a great feeling and knowing that my doos were competing against them really brought it home that this was the dogs baz in racing yet i had a nagging feeling that it could be so much bigger and so much better if every national flyer in scotland was at the race.i dont know how the split occured and to be frank im not interested as up here in elgin it is a bit of a doo backwater as far as pigeon politics are concerned but i will say this.the sport in scotland needs as many boys pulling in the same direction as it can and people need to put the past behind them for the greater good of this fantastic sport. by the way i put 3 to ypre and im still looking.ill be back

i toosed 45 from portsoy at 3 o clock yesterday and had nothing home for 3 hours.eventually got 10 on the day and am now up to35. it was my 6th toss but the first one in the afternoon. i usually go at about7 pm after work ,i will be going back to evening tossing asap.pigsick
