I know how you feel pal a few years ago I gave out 21 to sales ,I only had 6 for myself left and the rest were later bred youngsters , I swore it would never happen again .

Berwick 22/04/17 lib at 11am in a very light n,west wind 1st /2nd/3rd@4th Martin Hughes 1354.04 1353.85. 1353.66. 1353.47 , in fact he timed 10 birds in a minute ,well done Martin outstanding flying , what my teacher used to say to me Must try harder that goes to us all in Clydebank .

All home 12/12 Berwick all unscathed ,and 30/34 from toss , but one of them that's missing was home flew round with a stray and fekd off ,a grizzle with white flights so it was def it .

Good pal the 25/37 was actually 25/29,I'm now 11/12 from Berwick and 28/34 from a 20 mile toss .

Sorry make mine 9/12 now,and wee jonesy , ist race at new loft 2/2 well pal

I've got 7/12 I've heard of 20/22 25/37 ,1/2. That's in half an hour from first birds .

No mate house martens(black and white) are smaller than swallows ,your prob thinking of swifts (dark brown/black).not seen any here yet but plenty of starlings arriving and tits loads of them .

Yes we were racing yesterday and had a great race as far as I hear .

Aye John it's been great just wish there was more who could have played ,came and played as they missed some great craic . Weather today was miserable lots of wayward shots . Me well the putter wasn't working well today .well done alan and yersel and a massive thanks to Paul for the trophies . Hope next year comes round quickly and some new faces make an appearance .

Hey sandie come along way the guys and you will be at ease a few hawfs and a beer and ye will be fine mate , I've flown around 70 times its no different to being on a train mate .

Aye but your yearlings were raced as youngster alan true ? I think young birds at least need trained ,I've always trained mine sometimes unraced or maybe one or two races , I used to race them right out , then I brought in the black of dromore pigeons took me nearly 5 years to work out how to race them , I found then if I raced them as youngster most went down like snow off a dyke ,but give them an easy race or two let them mature then bingo ,wow best pigeons I've ever had .so I think different birds/breeds need a different approach. So good luck today Andy .me personally I think yoo/ the birds will need it .

Maybe we could make a 4 day trip to the sun next year and play 3 rounds instead of once a month ? Me and Andy would def be up for this .

Birds are racing Sunday ,our Andy is working so prob no for us , tried to phone a few times this week about golf .

Feds set their programs to tie in with nationals , i think if the nationals were put back a week or two then that would help Feds put theirs back . Jmho

Ally although we had alternative arrangements before the last meeting ,we are still with the fed where as you guys have left .

Unless u resign before the AGM then you owe the seasons fees ally end of , should not be getting fees back IMHO . And I'm not winding anything up.

Not a good start big man ,quite a few to come from Saturday toss in fed ,think it was a good day for the bop , I sent 8 yearling hens to toss on transporter yesterday got them all but one never turned in until 5pm .
