Grey sky,dry at the mo. but.

Are they ever any good,sent 26 to the first young bird race and got 25 back.No.3 missing,that was on the 12th July.Had the old birds out this mo and noticed one join them,when they dropped it was No.3.not much worse for wear infact body wise handled well.It's in a pen at the mo.cankered fed and watered. What would your next step be ?
