I give up mate,I don't use my mobile in the car full stop so it won't be affecting me.

There was a case made the papers and look North TV (in the Newcastle area) some six month or so ago where a woman had pulled on to the hard shoulder/pavement and was fined because the keys were still in the ignition.

What a lot of people don't realise even if you have pulled over and the KEYS are still in the ignition you are classed as driving ??????
