just had a peregrine cock come over the garden , was moving slowly and looking about . was only 20 feet above ,could be seen very clearly ,makes me think he,s been before . luckily the seagull,s were mobbing in . at least everything was locked up . .

my late Father raised and trained greyhounds . when i was a small boy back in the sixties , Dad had been away for a week and i was told to go and meet him with the dog,s , crossed the first field OK , into the second field and the dogs seen Dad before i did , whoosh ........ result was a small boy got dragged accross the field at speed , poor Dad had to carry his case and me (in a bit of a mess) home to my Mother
