Babybird (my Wife) has a loft full of "white doo,s" they are taken by the hawk , mainly because they are flown all year round . however if on occasion we have the "odd" gay pied among them , THEY are first to go. they stand out more
i still , with all honesty , believe the view to be nostalgic . i again , honestly think it will only return to "how it was" when all is lost , and the few that remain can do no else but race along one route .
best post you put up . a nostalic view , of a dim and distant past . polotics and ego,s changed it all . ever hopefull it may one day ,,,,,, return to how it was ??
the board on my sputniks are about 6" deep x 18" wide .have had them tuck wings in from air and go straight through the gap and miss the ETS pad altogether . but generally they land upon it ok and trap well , always the odd exception ,1 or 2 land on the roof and delay timing ,but thats normally due to hawk scare on the journey home
