the heating issue was for the evening meal at the Tower Ballroom Pat , with visitors from other countries as geusts etc, so some embarresment for the commitee .hired in conjuction with the Winter Gardens so casting doubt on the whole set up for next year ?

reading this weeks B.H.W. letters to the editor Mr Stewart Wardrop writes about his dissapointment with the Tower Ballroom being so cold .seems un-happy with the initial response from the Towers representative . lets hope they can sort it out ? i believe the Tower and Winter gardens are owned by the same leisure company
