  1. you would get blues, blue pieds and grizzles from the pairings looks like a nice bird to me , as for showing i dont know about what your show standards are over there im sure they will be several catogorys which you would get details from your fancy association
  2. old birds 16 pair on widowhood , ybs about 35 to 40 all natural
  3. add half a pot to the birds days feed add lemon juice and brewers yeast stir in and feed after one hour , i rarely feed barely although i know its great benifits but wouldnt hurt giving them wheat and a few beans / pulses , mine are on 18% maples 82% wheat
  4. after treating as you will know good bacteria gets depleated perhaps giving them some live natural yoghurt will help to regain the gut flora and balance the birds metabolism i would add some brewers yeast as well and add this to the corn , i dont feed maize at this time of year

  7. If you had your birds test then why didnt the vet treat them ? its ok knowing from which ailments your birds have but they need to be treated with products that work , a vets lab will test to see what the yeast / bacteria responds too and therefore illiminate the problem straight away , some drugs remidies may actualy give bacteria an ideal breeding ground to mulitply

  16. we have a great club everyone gets on no aminmosity and each one i would regard as friends barring non , we all get our say and the club is run briliantly , as for club meetings i go to all meetings you cant complain about anything or change anything unless you put your self forward and share your views , cant wait for racing to start again , i heard no members sent to Bourge last season as they had to be ferried in so i offered my services to ferry all club birds to be marked

  21. sand is not the best of products in my view it can appear dry on top and all damp creates underneath mainly in corners and walk areas where wet damp boots have been and doesnt dry underneath , these dam corners can be the first entry points of rodents
  22. well im sure you could ask for the authors of the posts for there permision to use them for references as for copying site content you would have to seek permision from webmaster
  23. as long as birds arent in damp there fine
  24. my birds range in size the larger the bird the harder it is to get them in to racing condition i find , the bigger birds tend to need alot of training where as the smaller birds tend to be easier to condition and will exercise more freely , i tend to find the bigger birds tend to me more sprint the smaller ones tend to be distance but there is always the exception to the this rule i've had big cocks card at 512 miles if it's in them they'll do it , its how you get it out of your birds and your management works at the end of the day
  25. i have a Van Loon cross but just the one he won at 420 miles , also a Tournier Van Loon cross
