  1. Shame cant read it due to the caps and font
  2. I can't give advice on treatments thats what vets are for , but should be using 10% Ronizole or a similar product ( this strength is perscription only ), testing is the best way to get the correct effective treatment also ventilation must also be correct to maintain good health

    Nest Boxes

you can get them cheap from screw fix.com
  4. It could be your treatment isnt strong enough , during the moult theres alot of dust from the feathers that could be the cause of the greecy wattles , and most over the counter treatments for canker are half the strength so hasent cleared the canker , moulting is a stresfull time for birds and canker can occur
  5. Have a nice holiday
  6. Condolences to the family at this sad time

  17. bit christmassy is that two toilet doves ??
  18. nice bird Brian never had a kuif racer before nor wanted one , i'm not a lover of frills on racers either
  19. In order to test any pair you need to try 3 rounds from 3 pairings if none are proven then remove , if a pair are proven it's best to split them try both to new pairings then pair back , then can see if its the cock or hen producing the winners
  20. Be clean water , grit , pickstones plenty of linseed and more protein the rest be left to nature , any birds struggling in the moult will be removed
  21. same here no damp never had any problems with chipboard , however wood surfaces harbour alot of bacteria eggs ectra and should be deep cleaned or torched during racing , if have a continuing cycle of bad health replacing box bottoms and floors is a good way to go and as i use the brackets its simple unscrew and flip over and good for a few more seasons mine are still in good nick and birds not ailed this year so should last a while longer yet
  22. Cheers Freebird , these birds have been originaly bred to out fly falcons , alot of roller and other breeds are suffering from bop attacks , i believe these would make an ideal alternative , plenty of different colours could also be decoy birds when your racers are flying
  23. large plant pot in corners with a couple of battons underneath , it naturaly gathers the feathers
  24. had thunder and lightning most of the night very wet and windy now that must be an end to the summer now
