  7. I use yoghurt and brewers yeast a lot during breeding / rearing and a good breeding mix
  8. Add some cod liver oil to there feed with some brewers yeast ensure to keep the oil in refrigerator and only ever buy a small bottle as goes off quickly

  16. To be honest I heard a fancier used his veg water and did the same then I went on to juicing them and mixing the pulp into there feed which I think is much better
  17. can't see the veg water been much use it's boiled and any vitamin content would be lacking , most fruit juice or veg juiced in moderation is good for your birds many natural antioxidants and health property's to them when you read up on them

  21. yes have always used b12 very beneficial as there diet lacks meat or egg products

Response to maize digestion = if you look up maize on Wikipedia , it actually goes in to saying many people died from hunger eating this when settling in America , the native Indians however were thriving obviously knowing how to use it more efficiently and found it more digestible using charcoal , I wonder if giving charcoal would benefit the birds it's certainly good in cases of poisoning or stomach complains / ailments The Newcombe race mix is very similar to mine
  23. I removed the first few photos as had masked external links 100% spammer judging by second round of photos as they were in same vane he knew what he was doing in hiding the links under pigeon photos
