He has done this dozens of times and has caused untold misery to some people. The courts don't seem to take it seriously because it is pigeons. If it were dogs or cats he was stealing there would be uproar. If they do not put a stop to this this lad will get badly hurt by someone or he will seriously hurt a less able bodied person (as he has done before). Well done for trying to help and get the birds back let's hope they don't come to any serious harm are are returned to the owner.

It is with great sadness that I post of the passing of Ronnie Murray this afternoon. Ronnie has been a big part of the pigeon scene in and around Inverness for many years and will be sadly missed by the lads in Inverness and all his pigeon mates up and down the country. Our thought's go out to Ronnie's family at this sad time. Rest in peace mate from all the members of Forres,Nairn and Inverness RPC.

Thanks Andy. I was invited to judge the Wick club show earlier this year. When I was in the clubhouse I was blown away with the history that is hanging on the walls. If most fanciers were to see the route these guys have to fly they would faint. The terrain is not for the faint hearted (it is hard enough driving up there). I think any bird that flies into Wick from the South coast is special let alone from Palamos. Ultimate respect for the guys in the far North. Paul.
