first sign of illness with any bird isolate it to prevent any spread. Sounds like youngbird sickness but not having had it here others may give better cures! Phil

The best one for that will be the national young bird show at nottingham, usualy at begining of november where there will be all sorts of breeds on display and for sale. Phil

What kind of shows are you looking for? The midland Show Racer Society are based at wednesbury but won't start shows until end of sept, The Royal Welsh show will have pigeons at the end of July, Thame show will have pigeons on 3rd thurs in sept. Phil

If you have a shed or garage you could try putting food inside the door so that when it goes in you can shut the door and catch it. Hopefully there may be a member on here in your area that maybe able to help. Phil

Many years ago there was a member of the fed we flew in winning week in week out and was suspected of cheating, his club birds were rerubbered on the transporter and he still clocked in his original rubbers, whoops, dropped himself right in it! He then had a clearance sale before it could go to region! Phil
