  2. I looked at the electric fence, couldnt get a price on the internet, i,ve to call the suppliers for a price. I am aware that there are deaf cats and the alarm wouldnt work, which is no good obviously. I,ll look into the fence though. Thankd for the comments though much appreciated.
  3. I think it is sad to see this type of discussion going. Slating and accusing the very people that are trying their hardest for the benefit of others. Yes questions should be answered if there are any, but on a forum is not the place to do it, thats where the agm comes into play. We all want the very best for our pigeons and in my opinion, the people elected for the SNFC, are doing a great job in trying to achieve that. They/ we will never get it spot on all of the time, but as long as all that can be done, is being done, thats all that can be expected. Is it any wonder why people aren't attracted to the sport, and on the same note, that fanciers do not want to take on roles for just this very reason. If there was any wrong doing in anyone's eyes, 6 months down the line on a forum is not the place to be discussing it, in my opinion.

  7. To your sick pigeon: If the win doesn't come along, then for definite you will be gone. So stop your snivelling, and join the rest. They're not ill, and deserve the best. 18. I would like to continue building a solid family of pigeons. Done well in my first year back, and want to build on that. My aim is to make an impact with both old and young birds, and at some point mix with the best in SNFC. To date i,ve never had a decent crack at the nationals, whether it be inland or channel. Good luck to all, alex.

  22. It breaks my heart to hear of these attacks, having faced it myself last year. I constantly live in fear of it happening again, and cant for the life of me see what we can do to stop this happening. Its alright to say we would do this and do that, but thats what they live for, and i,m sorry i,m not getting involved in all that. I had offers from people close to me to take the responsible person out of this world, although it was tempting, how could you be expected to sleep at nights in case of revenge against you. Our world has become an a**ehole of a place to live in, which allows this type of scum to wander our streets looking for their next fix. Our government has a lot to answer to, allowing them off with a slapped wrist, when and if caught. It makes my blood boil. I hope all concern manage to get up and running again and continue to enjoy the sport they love. All the very best people, alex.

  24. Well done Mel, who makes it 2 years on the trot. Pity there wasnt more interest from our members but it didnt stop the people who did turn up, have a good chin wag. Thanks to Mary for the great food, which went down a treat. Cheap at half the price We may have to rethink the show to see if we can make it more attractive, for a better response. And finally a huge thank you to the judges, Davie, John and Richard. ;) Nice to see you there Duncan and Carol, pity you forgot the burds ;D ;D ;D only jokin
