  1. It breaks my heart to hear of these attacks, having faced it myself last year. I constantly live in fear of it happening again, and cant for the life of me see what we can do to stop this happening. Its alright to say we would do this and do that, but thats what they live for, and i,m sorry i,m not getting involved in all that. I had offers from people close to me to take the responsible person out of this world, although it was tempting, how could you be expected to sleep at nights in case of revenge against you. Our world has become an a**ehole of a place to live in, which allows this type of scum to wander our streets looking for their next fix. Our government has a lot to answer to, allowing them off with a slapped wrist, when and if caught. It makes my blood boil. I hope all concern manage to get up and running again and continue to enjoy the sport they love. All the very best people, alex.

Thanks to Mary for the great food, which went down a treat. Cheap at half the price We may have to rethink the show to see if we can make it more attractive, for a better response. And finally a huge thank you to the judges, Davie, John and Richard. ;) Nice to see you there Duncan and Carol, pity you forgot the burds ;D ;D ;D only jokin

  17. No, as i say it was my first year using any kind of pellet last year. They are quite easy to get and cheap as well. I may look into trying them this year though.
  18. Thats why urs are like puddings douglas ;D ;D ;D Seriously though i thought it was a good thing to give them, all the right ingredients for breeding and cheap too, not that money is an issue with you ;D ;D
  19. Thank you. Apart from that i thought the birds young and old looked a picture of health.
  20. I used chicken layer pellets last year, the first for me. The only thing i didnt like about them was the droppings were quite loose. is there anything that can be mixed through the pellets to firm the droppings?
  21. spot on. theres a lot of confusion about what the birds position should be. it should have entered the loft to time in, full stop. Whether i can go back out isnt an issue. The only exception to the rules about pads inside the loft is sputniks, however if you think about it, the bird has to enter the sputnik to time in. its about time there was a define list of simple rules to indicate the positions, to stop all these arguments. imao
  22. Welcome Benji, all the very best for the future.
  23. Until the people involved within our great sport, start to pull in the same direction, our sport will implode. With some of the goings on in our sport, is it any wonder why its failing? Jealousy is a huge part of it. Respect has gone out the window in some areas, which is very sad. The system that Ian Mckay is adopting is a step in the right direction, and he has to be commended for his efforts, which i will be supporting again for 2010. It would be fantastic if were all to be respected for our own opinions and not taken the wrong way. Is the future bright for our great sport, mmmm its up to us to make sure it is, come on lets get it sorted. NOW! not when its too late
  24. ;D ;D i think theyre selling well ;D ;D i went to see his new loft yesterday, its cracking. He was really surprised at getting the quach (spelling) and he dully filled it with the customary whiskey. Good on him he's a great bloke/friend.
