Heard there was a meeting last night.What happened, I wonder?

The problem is the secretarys wages are decided at a committee meeting.I think his salary has increased by over £2000 in the last 2 years.The members dont have a say , which I totally disagree with

You must mean £1 and not 1 pence. I agree with you that this would be a better way to work out secretarys salary but I would go 20% less, which is 80 pence for every bird entered.This would be £10815.20

Spot on, the fees and the birdage were put up and still there is a massive deficit. ( £9000 approx )What can be done to stop this rot???

Totally agree m8, a massive question mark over the President. I hope everyone turns up at AGM to vote so we can finally put a stop to all this nonsense. Lets bring the SNFC back to its former professional reputation.

Hi Bart, you are totally correct.I must say that I am the only person from Kirkintilloch that cannot get a club. The others can join Glasgow RPRA, and most of them have applied. I was told by the SHU that they cannot force any local clubs to accept me. A victim of my own success, they said. My plans are just to train my pigeons and go to the SNFC races. You keep them all year and now I can only enter 7 races in total. My friend put a letter in the BHW this week and this emphasised how he felt about the situation . Its worth reading
