I disagree with you Jim,the Liege race had westerly winds all the way up the country, so thats not helping the men in the west.There were two pigeons from the west in the top 7 Open . The race was won in Arbroath, 2nd was in Annan and the spread was very good. We know that we arent going to get the same race every time but we have only had one race from there and its been the best, as far as fairness is concerned.You go the traditional route and you are getting a boot in the baws and asked to run 100 yards, from the east and south fanciers.
