Aye used to like the west route myself. As Midlothian prepare to go down the west route with their youngbirds I,m wondering how many more phone calls I,m going to get asking if we can take youngsters with us for training. Unfortuanately the answer has to be we cant take them as we only have so many spaces on the Pentland Transporter and have to think of our own members needs first.

Never had a problem with reporting birds when Alf Rothwell was sec, Tel Alf n he,d tell you who,s it was right away. Now they have all this technology and they cant even reply to an e-mail inside a week n the sec doesnt get his voicemails. Maybe time to get someone to do the job properly

I remember years ago I used to sit wi Rab Storrie waiting on the channel doos n one Nantes race I had been there since 4am n had to be at my Grans at 9 for my breakfast gulped it down and was back at Rab,s by 9.20 n the hen had came at 5 past lol.

Came home from doing clocks and my Tours entry was in the loft,came at 17.00.15 hehe. Glad to see him back. 100% return from the 2 races this weekend 1 from Ypres & 1 from Tours.
