jimmy is right birds have to be fit and healthy and of good quailty then motivation can come into play i feel u have to have birds spot on for motivation to really work but do rember anyone reading this i know there a lot here that are newstarters leave your yearlings alone they have to learn the widdowhood system first before i can introduce this all of the above have seen pll loseing half there team in first few races trying to motivate them rember if the race is short and wind behind them they can be 100 mile past your loft before they know where they are and then have to turn around and face into wind and with the light feeds that sprint fanicers give there birds they might not have it in them that why i allways like a slight head wind for the first few races

new a fella had a tumbler x racer done over 500 mile on second day with only a few birds on the day :-/

too much tought goes into feeding for me split my birds in three teams feed all differnt things over the space of a year the best birds were the best birds no matter what i fed :-/

never used creatine but i do like supple mussle on a bird id imagine ud get hard mussle with this :-/
