nope your team could change to 3 5 3 or 5 3 2 etc if a player does not play the first sub comes into play but but there is certain formations you can not play e.g 2 at the back or 2 midfield etc

i dont know about the perfect role model apart from his up and down performances and sometimes can not be involved in a game for ages as games pass him by and also some of the tackles which i have no doubt were to injure his fellow pros fighting and rowing in nightclubs and the streets is hardly the role model we want our kids to look up too
