Ok then you dont neccesarily need a local club as you could join the national and just compete in them as they are the main aim of most pigeon men however if you join a local club makes it much easier to find your feet and prepare your birds for the nationals. Overall i would get in the club even if it to just send the birds as trainers

they are in the Horseshoe room at Blackpool this year if i remember rightly i bought a bird from them in about 1998 at Blackpool. I am in the Empress Ballroom this year so a change of scenary after all them yearts stuck in ther cold lol
