I think all the mods do a good and tireless job, from my own experience of moderation its a job that cant please all the people all of the time and lets not forget it a job that is 'unpaid' so as well as actually coming on the site to enjoy it these moderators have to deal with the other issues whilst again trying to do the same as the regular members which is read and talk pigeons.

Very rarely missed one up till 2 years ago, now dont bother at all with them.

I use loft whitener in all the nest boxes, and once paired will add some hemcore to the boxes. The pipo boxes for the young uns are on grills with the BHW or RP uunderneath (About all there good for!) My old bird racing lofts have floor grills down and my young bird loft ands stock sections are on a deep litter of hemcore,with a bit of straw mixed in.

I think i will have a couple of spare training crates for free before too long as have to collect from a friend. I did offer one on another site but he then asked for pictures etc etc so i never bothered but they are good nick and ideal for the job.
