if its ybs keep all the birds in the loft for a week,does not matter a jot about isolation this is a viral condition,depurativeor a diet feed is required,glucose in the water,and as a precaution give them amoxycillin for 2-4 days to combat any chance of secondary infections (ie -e-coli),this will soon pass and the birds will be top notch within a week.crop retention is always related to ybs,but it may just be a greedy b*****d. all the best

maybe some thing to do with the rain yesterday,the rain was lashinhg down ,and the visibility was very poor if your pigeons were maybe coming through midlothian at between 11am and 12.30,and this was as far as the eye could see. shame for the birds yesterday,it was not their fault. sunday was always going to be the better day for racing.

hi there jimmy just to let you know that the birds arrived safe and well just like you said they are all peas in apod superb specimens,i will keep you posted on how they do in the future,and any one else who is interested in this family of pigeons,should get in contact with you as soon as poss jim. any way i could go on all day you are a top man jim ,all the best mate eric :)
